BIOGRAPHY
Douglas Howerton is a poet, short story writer and performance artist born in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania, spending twenty-six years in California. A member of Maxine Hong Kingston Writers Group called Veterans of War Veterans of Peace. Short story published Firing Blanks at Moving Targets editor Gary Gach.
Also a member of Pen Oakland's Writers Group. Douglas Howerton's poetics appears in two anthologies, Oakland Out Loud and Fightin' Words.
